Product details
Organic Soy protein fiber (SPF) is the only plant protein fiber. It is made from the soybean cake. The residue after extraction of the protein is used as stock feed. SPF has the physical properties of synthetic fibers.

Application
Organic Soy fiber can be successfully added to many food systems, such as beverages, puddings, steamed soups, hospital mixed nutritional ingredients, low-calorie breads and baked goods, including muffins, cookies and wafers. In the multi-grain bread containing mixed fiber system, the amount of soybean fiber is 5%-20% of the flour,Soy fiber has many physiological functions of fiber derived from other plants. Its characteristics are mainly water holding capacity and promoting digestion.
